  How Does The Guaranteed Assignment Program Work?

Work at any of our exclusive facilities, and American Mobile will guarantee your next travel job offer. Just successfully complete an assignment at any one of our exclusive facilities by 2011, and you are guaranteed to get an offer for your next position! Not all RN specialties will qualify; see rules below and talk to your recruiter if you have any questions.

Do you qualify for our new Guraranteed Assignment Program? 

Guaranteed Assignment Program Rules & Guidelines

• We will present you with at least one offer for a subsequent travel assignment (either a new offer or extension) within 30 days of the end of your qualifying initial assignment, contingent upon your successful completion of an initial assignment in accordance with our standard professional services agreement and flexibility in facility location and shift.

• If we are unable to find you an offer for a subsequent travel assignment within 30 days of the end of your initial assignment, you will receive a Bonus of $1,000.

• Traveler must be an RN in one of the following eligible Specialties:
        •   OR, ICU, PACU, PICU, Dialysis

• Qualifying initial assignments:
•   must start after June 1, 2010 with at least 13 weeks completed by January 1, 2011 (assignments longer than 13 weeks that continue into 2011 will qualify as long as at least 13 weeks were completed in 2010).
•   must be a minimum of 13 weeks in duration.
•   must be completed at one of our exclusive Kaiser facilities or one of our Fresenius Medical Care facilities to be part of this program.
•   Fresenius (FMS) dialysis clinics nationwide.
•   Kaiser locations include all California facilities:
